Same Katana, Different view... Oh the options...

For the record... It is not a swastika. Its a Buddist symbol which generally means peace or intelligence. I based the katana off the anime Bleach and tweaked it a little to be more realistic.

Havent seen one, its based on the Banki off Bleach. Spoiler not intended... I would totally get one if it did exist though.

Its not. its the manji which basically has the complete opposite meaning to the swastika. Check out the anime Bleach. Its what I loosely based the sword design off. Also Blade of the Immortal features the Manji a lot. You whouldnt believe how many people keep calling it a Nazi sword at my course. :)

Its just Maya, rendered using Mental Ray with an Ambient Occlusion pass. Thats the special ingredient to realism ;)
